1. Who we are
Sibco Creative LLC ("Sibco," "we," "us," or "our") is a strategic communications, marketing, and government affairs firm based in Texas. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
This policy covers sibcocreative.com and the Sibco web applications we operate. It does not cover the practices of our clients or of third-party sites we link to.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us directly. Name, business email, phone number, company, title, and anything you include when you contact us, request a proposal, subscribe to updates, or engage our services.
Information we collect automatically. When you visit our sites, we and our providers may collect IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring links, and similar usage data through cookies and comparable technologies.
Information from engagements. In the course of our work, clients may provide us with contact information for their stakeholders, partners, and audiences. We process that information on the client's behalf under our agreement with them, and the client's own privacy notice governs how it was collected.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal information, and we do not sell personal information.

Respond to inquiries and deliver proposals and deliverables

Service providers and subprocessors that host our sites, run our applications, process payments, and support communications and analytics. A current list of key providers is available on request.
Clients, where the information was provided to us for work performed on their behalf.
Professional advisors such as our accountants and attorneys, under confidentiality obligations.
Legal and safety disclosures where we are required to comply with law, enforce our agreements, or protect our rights, users, or the public.
Business transfers, if Sibco is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Third-party providers
We rely on established third-party platforms to operate. These may include providers for application hosting and development, cloud storage and productivity, email and marketing delivery, payment processing, accounting, and design. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and to resolve disputes. Retention periods vary by record type. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing.
Texas residents. Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data, and you may opt out of the sale of personal data or targeted advertising. California residents. Under California law, you may request access to or deletion of your personal information and may opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
10. Children
Our sites and services are directed to businesses and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. International visitors
We operate in the United States. If you access our sites from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
